Local organisations against Earls Court Development.

The Fulham Society objects to 2024/01942/COMB and has worked with the other associations to produce the attached response which we fully endorse.  Despite the extensive and time consuming pre-application consultation process, the proposed development remains far too dense, with buildings excessively high and with a park that is too small. Inadequate provision has been made for road access and for necessary improvements to public transport. The development is totally unsympathetic to the local neighbourhood in many respects and would blight our community. This is contrary to the Local Plan and we would urge you to refuse the proposed development and encourage the ECDC to bring forward more appropriate plans for this highly constrained site.

We understand that your review of this application will take some months and it would be helpful to know if there is scope to provide further input.  As you know the documentation is extensive and in the time available we may have missed some part of the proposal.
