Two free local walks - Fulham Cemetery and Hammersmith Riverside.
The first is on Saturday 19th October, 2pm, in Fulham Cemetery. Led by the new and enthusiastic Friends group who will share their latest research on the trees and history of the site.
The second is on Thursday 7th November, 11am, along Hammersmith Mall (riverside). Walking back in time with well-known local historian Keith Whitehouse.

THE FULHAM SOCIETY’s ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at St Dionis Church, Parsons Green (SW6 4UH) on Wednesday 6th November, at 7.00 pm.
The formal meeting will be followed by a talk by Rt Hon Greg Hands, former MP for Fulham & Vice President of the Fulham Society.

The annual general meeting included a presentation by the chairman of the activities of the Society, questions and discussions, presentation of the accounts, and an interesting talk by guest speaker Sue Pierson on the history of Parsons Green.

Fulham Society Summer Party, Tuesday 19 July, 2022
The Fulham Society is holding its annual Summer Party at Fulham Palace, Bishops Avenue, SW6 6EA on Tuesday 19 July 2022 from 6.30 to 8.30 pm. Tickets, which should ideally be bought in advance, cost £15.00 each and include wine, soft drinks & canapes. Non-member guests are welcome at the same price of £15.00 per ticket.
A Walk around Fulham - celebrating 50 years of the Fulham Society
This 9 mile walk takes in the natural beauty of the riverside, 5 lovely urban parks, 4 tube/train stations, 3 peaceful burial grounds, 2 premier football clubs and 1 historic palace. It explores the diversity of Fulham’s residential areas and includes 50 points of interest, passing cafes and restaurants along the way.
The route is divided into four easily accessible sections, each with its own downloadable pdf document containing a more detailed map and points of interest. There are a variety of start/finish locations providing shorter options for those who cannot walk the entire route.

The Fulham Society held its 2021 Summer Party at Fulham Palace on a lovely summer evening in July.
Members enjoyed being able to see and chat to each other after all the ‘lockdowns’ and it was a great pleasure to welcome the winners of the Front garden Competition to the party.
