Sands End Community Centre

Sands End Community Centre.

The centre is located in the north-west corner of South Park. It is due to open in summer 2021. It consists of a purpose-built main community hall, common room, café and outdoor area.

The Council has granted a 99 year lease at a peppercorn rent to the SEACC Trust. The Trust is responsible for developing and operating the new centre. Income will be generated from various sources: a community café; hiring out the facilities to organisations and individuals to deliver activities for the community; and fundraising.
